Data Format Upload File:

The upload file has to have a certain format. Please be sure everything is correct before uploading.
Remeber: Rubbish in is rubbish out!

Explanation meta-information:

All identifiers mentioned below should be integer numbers!
* The first column lists the identifiers of the different genes on the array (the same genes should have the same identifier).
* The second column contains the identifiers of the batch a gene was spot in.
* The third column contains the identifiers of the pin a gene was spot with.
* The first row contains numbers that identify the different conditions that where measured (at least two conditions per array: control versus sample). If more than one array was measured with the same control condition, make sure all control conditions have the same number over the different arrays.
* The second row lists the identifiers of the different arrays.
* The third row contains the numbers that identify the dyes used to measure sample (standard dye for sample: Cy5 = 1) and control (standard dye for control: Cy3 = 2).

Explanation expression data:

* Per condition-array-dye combination one column should be present with the intensities of the spots.

File with accession numbers and gene names:

* If you want to use the link to the INCLUSive website, your data file should contain accession numbers and gene names. These have to be added to the data matrix as seperate columns in front of the original data matrix. The first column should contain the accession numbers and the second column should contain the gene names.

All empty fields in the upper left corner of the data matrix should contain a zero!
All values should be seperated by tabs.

The example dataset represents two color flip experiments with replicates on the same experiment arrays. This explains why there are four columns for each experiment:
* The first and second column are the two replicates on the same set of arrays for the first experiment and first condition measured with dye 1.
* The third and fourth column are the two replicates on the same set of arrays for the first experiment and second condition measured with dye 2.
* The next four columns are the columns of the color flip experiment.
* The last eight columns are experiment and color flip of the second experiment.
